Cancellations:

A full refund of any deposit will be made except where a cancellation is made 14 days before the booked date where a 25% cancellation fee applies. If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the booked date a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. “No shows” will be charged at the full rate of the booking.
